Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the complete Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this document and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements. No failure or delay on the part of Havenluxurylodging.com to exercise any right or remedy under this document or to enforce this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right. If any part or condition of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect. Suppose the waiver of collective and representation claims is found to be unenforceable. In that case, any claims made on the basis of a class or representative claim must be brought before a court of qualified jurisdiction, and that court will be the exclusive court for such claims.
